Brand Contract Analyst

Primary Function:

 

Assist the manager of contract operations with coordination of brand programs for all internal stakeholders to ensure Asembia is maximizing potential of brand programs and exceeding manufacturer’s expectations.

 

Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage brand contracts through their life-cycle
  • Prepare contract price files and load pricing into internal contract management system
  • Performs statistical, cost and financial analysis of data extracted from various internal sources
  • Maintain contract database, rebate programs, key program cheat sheets and any other relevant brand contract communications
  • Coordinate with all internal departments including Finance, Sales, Membership, Marketing, Data and Call Center to ensure all contract obligations are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Assist in RFP’s and bid process
  • Troubleshoot with vendors
  • Manage pipeline analysis
  • Assist with launch of new brand programs by coordinating with internal operations team
  • Perform any administrative and other duties assigned

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, advanced Excel including VLookup and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 2-4 years professional experience in pharmaceutical setting preferred
  • Must be able to handle multiple projects in a fast paced team environment
